DERBY IS MOVING!!!

We finally got all the permits finalized and have been told we can expect to move in May!

We’ve been waiting for quite some time and are so excited our new location is just around the corner….both figuratively and literally! SOON, we will be relocated to 224 N Greenway in Derby. The little Dillon’s shopping center strip mall is where you’ll find us, next to Casa Martinez.

We are excited to have more parking available out front, including more handicap spaces, front door only access to streamline the patient experience, NO STAIRS, and a beautiful new space to welcome you, your family, and all your most special friends!

Keep an eye out via zone texts, newsletter announcements, social media posts, and signage in both offices so you know when and where to find us in our new location!
