Adopt-A-Family 2023
Parents, Justin and Mary, enjoy cooking and baking and have four amazing kiddos who would be so grateful to receive anything with the following details:

We are also asking our incredibly generous family of patients (THAT’S YOU!) to help us collect non-perishable food items (60 items, at least!), and $100 in WalMart or Dillons gift cards.
The last day to bring in your donation of food, cash, or gift cards to the Wichita office will be December 12th, and the Derby office deadline is December 13th.
Our PCW family of patients is always so generous and we want to send a great big “Thank You!!” in advance. We are so excited to bless this beautiful family with YOUR help!!
Our Derby office is MOVING!!!
Early 2024 will bring lots of fun changes in Derby!
We are moving to a larger facility near the small Dillon’s on Buckner St. to accommodate more hours, more patients, and more services!
We hope to add on massage therapy services in 2024! Stay tuned!

Say “NO!” to drugs….except…..

Christmas Crack by ShowMeTheYummy.com
This Christmas Crack dessert recipe is a fan favorite and super easy to make with only 6 ingredients and 30 minutes to make! (Click “Christmas Crack” to find detailed instructions from Show Me The Yummy.com.)
saltine crackers (1 sleeve, about 42 crackers)
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
12 oz. dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet, or milk chocolate)
toffee baking bits (heath)
white chocolate (melted)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper. Grease parchment paper with cooking spray.
Place crackers side by side on lined pan. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar.
Bring to boil over medium/medium-high heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Start Timer
Pour evenly over crackers.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then use the back of a spoon to spread melted chocolate chips evenly over the crackers (if the chocolate chips aren't melting, place in warm oven)

Top with toffee bits and drizzle with white chocolate.
Cool completely in fridge (at least 2 hours) or in freezer (at least 1 hour), then break into pieces.

Store in fridge in covered airtight container.
